Late one evening we discovered a leak in our downstairs ceiling. I was able to reach Dave on his cell and get his advice, and subsequently was able to speak with his plumber over the phone that same night as well. Dave came out first thing the next morning to check it out and very soon after had the soaked portions of the ceiling removed. After the area had dried out, his team replaced the dry wall, mudded, and patched the area, as well as a few other small areas that needed patching (at our request). Dave and his crew are all very professional, kind, and courteous. I have used Monet for several other remodel/repair projects because I especially appreciate that Dave is always available, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well and in a timely fashion.
